When I left school I studied for 4 years at Loughborough University where I graduated with a degree in Product Design. I then relocated to Plymouth where I spent 18 months working as a CAD designer for Princess Yachts.
Unsure what to do next, I set off on a trip starting in Asia and ending up in Sydney which is where it all began.
In 2019 I started working for Wickster campervans and continued to do so for the next 18 months, saving money to build my own van so that I could see what the rest of Australia had to offer.
We spent 5 months living full time in our van travelling around Australia, which is where the obsession with vanlife began!
At the end of our trip, and upon returning to Sydney, Vango Fitouts was born.
For 8 months I worked in Sydney creating custom campervan conversions on a range of vans.
At the end of 2021 I returned to the UK and have been building vans ever since!
